香港、澳门与大陆体育管理体制及其运行机制的比较研究

Comparison of Sport Management System and Mechanism in Mainland,Hongkong and Macao

运用文献资料、比较分析等方法,从政府作用、组织形式、筹资机制等三个方面对中国大陆与香港、澳门的体育管理体制及运行机制进行了比较,研究认为,大陆政府在体育发展中发挥了重要作用,而两特区的政府作用也在逐步加强;两特区政府与社团在体育事务运作中的职能分配较为清晰,而大陆地区政府职能转变缓慢。两特区筹资渠道呈现多元化,而大陆地区的筹资机制依然相对单一。

By means of literature review and logical analysis, the paper states the sport management system in Mainland, Hongkong and Macao form three aspects. The result shows, the government play a important role in Mainland, and the role of government in Hongkong and Macao are more and more important. Sport functions between the government and civil organizations are clear in Hongkong and Macao, but there is the other way round. There are many channels on financing in Hongkong and Macao , but the channel in Mainland is simplex comparatively.
