The success of Doha Asian Games has caught the world＇s attention. The Games, with its unique organization and management, provides some useful new concept and successful experience for Beijing Olympic Games. With literature review and logical analysing, this paper gives an analysis to the characteristics of the organization and management of Doha Games with the hope of providing some reference for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
