运用访谈法、文献资料法、实地考察法等方法,对制约中国传统体育现代化发展的因素与对策进行了研究,提出如何在新时期弘扬民族传统体育,使中国传统体育不仅在中华大地上保持其持久旺盛的生命力,而且在世界体育舞台上也能展示其永恒的魅力与风采,并指出了传统体育在现代化发展中,存在的一些不足,同时通过对这些问题的阐述,找出相应的解决问题的办法。

Used the visit-state, document reference, on-the-spot investigation method, the writer researched the restricted factors of Chinese traditional PE modernzation development and countermeasure, also put forward how to enhance the nation traditional PE, made Chinese PE not only keep the exuburent vitality on mainland, but also open up aternal magic and elegant on the world PE stage. At the same time, the writer pointed out the PE development shortcoming in modernization, and suggested the counter sesolve question methods.
