摘要
本文以MES在制造业的应用为背景,针对企业车间的数据类型、采集手段、数据下达与显示方式在各种行业不同的实际情况,提出了一种功能透明、受控于上位机的嵌入式智能交互终端的数据采集方案。此方案在于解决系统的通用性问题,同时加快系统开发进度,降低日常维护与升级难度。
In this paper, based on MES application in manufacturing ,aimed at the different data type ,capture and display method in different workshop of enterprise, a kind of embedded multi-unctional intelligent data collection terminal software design method is proposed. This method can get better availability and decrease the R＆D time. It is also very convenient for the daily maintenance and software＇ s update.
