摘要 介绍钢帘线生产过程中不同的索氏体化过程,对铅浴淬火和流化床淬火后钢丝力学性能及拉拔后钢丝的力学性能进行研究,结果表明:流化床处理钢丝拉拔到Φ0.25 mm后,钢丝的破断拉力均值157.7 N,方差4.3;铅浴处理钢丝拉拔到Φ0.25 mm后,钢丝的破断拉力均值158 N,方差3.4。流化床处理的钢丝加工硬化率大于铅浴处理的,流化床处理的钢丝性能指标可以满足合股和使用要求。 To introduce different sorbite courses during producing steel cord. Mechanical properties of steel wire after quenching by lead bath and fluidized bed and drawing are researched. The results show that breaking force value of steel wire after quenching by fluidized bed then drawing to 0.25 mm is 157, 7 N and variance is 4.3 ; breaking force value of steel wire after quenching by lead bath then drawing to 0.25 mm is 158 N and variance is 3.4. Machining hardening rate of steel wire quenching by fluidized bed is higher than that of lead bath. Property of steel wire quenching by fluidized bed can meet the requirement of strand and use.
