Strategic partnership of channel is cooperation between enterprises to reach the win-win aim or interest. It aims to rearrange the role of enterprises within the channel, improve cooperative basis and decrease cost of transaction between them, Through researching the choice and form, maintenance and consolidation, and dynamic operation and running-in process of their requirements, we can improve the sharing of information, shorten delivery time, increase satisfaction and take greater competitive advantages to keep the win-win effectiveness between the partners in the channel.
