目前,我国农村文化建设面临着发展机遇,但也存在不少问题。建设社会主义新农村,文化建设既是内容,又是保障。因此,必须把文化建设纳入社会主义新农村建设的总体规划,确立农民在新农村文化活动中的主体地位,发挥政府的主导作用,更新农村文化活动的内容,激活农村文化市场。

Currently,the development of rural culture in China is confronted with development opportunities,and at the same time, some problems as well. In the construction of a new socialist countryside, the building of culture is both its content and its guarantee. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to bring the building of culture into our general plan about the construction of a new socialist countryside, establish the peasants＇ subjective role in the cultural activities in new countryside, give full play to the government＇s directive role, update the content of rural cultural activities, and vigorate the market of rural culture.
