摘要
近年来,我国未成年人犯罪案件呈不断上升趋势。如何从司法制度层面预防未成年人犯罪,维护未成年人合法权益越来越受到国家和社会的普遍关注。我国目前未成年人刑事司法制度存在一定的问题,不利于对未成年人的保护。建议完善相关制度,特别是将预防未成年人犯罪纳入刑事司法制度。
In recent years ,the infant criminal acts are increasing in number. What judicial precaution can be taken to prevent them and how to protect the infants＇ legal rights have drawn more attention. There exist currently some problems in China＇s legal system concerning infants,which is not to their benefits. Therefore, some relevant systems,prevention of infant crime in particular,should be improved and brought into our criminal and judicial system.
