颈椎侧块螺钉内固定术的临床应用研究 被引量：1

摘要 法国学者Roy—Camille等于1970年首次报道应用颈椎后路侧块钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗颈椎骨折和脱位，目前该内固定方法已经越来越多地被应用到颈椎外伤和退行性变患者中，与其相关的解剖学、生物力学研究及临床应用使该技术得到了较快的发展。本文综述了侧块内固定的相关解剖、螺钉植入技术、生物力学性质、临床应用及实验研究等。
