系统性红斑狼疮的心脏病变
摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是一种严重威胁妇女健康的疾病，临床特点以多系统损害和多种自身抗体的出现为主的一种自身免疫性疾病。多系统损害常见于肾脏、中枢、骨骼肌等。但近年来，关于心血管系统的病变日益受到重视，本文分析了我院2003年10月至2006年11月有完整病历记载的门诊和住院SLE患者164例，了解患者心脏病变与疾病活动的关系；
