丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉用于无痛胃镜检查 被引量：2

摘要 无痛胃镜检查正越来越广泛的应用于临床．麻醉方法多采用丙泊酚静脉注射完成，但因其镇痛作甩微弱．常需配伍镇痛药。瑞芬太尼是一种新型短效的阿片μ受体激动剂，起效快，时效半衰期短，适合于日间手术的麻醉。二者联合应用，既可满足胃镜检查中镇静、镇痛的麻醉要求。又可使患者及时苏醒离院。本文旨在优选出瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚在无痛胃镜检查中的安全有效剂量及合理配比。
