生豆浆灌胃治疗小鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎研究 被引量:1

Therapeutic effect of raw soybean milk by intragastric administration in a rat model of acute necrotizing pancreatitis

摘要 目的探讨生豆浆灌胃对ANP小鼠的治疗作用。方法采用腹腔注射左旋精氨酸法诱导小鼠ANP模型。200只小鼠按随机分组法分为正常组、ANP组、生豆浆治疗组、熟豆浆治疗组和纯净水组。后4组又分制模后6h、12h、24h、48h和72h5个时间点,各8只。检测各组血清淀粉酶活性,观察胰腺病理变化并评分,分析小鼠死亡率。结果生豆浆组24h、48h和72h血清淀粉酶活性分别为(3910±833)U/L、(2798±634)U/L和(3398±1389)U/L;胰腺病理分值分别为3.13±0.34、2.35±0.19和2.22±0.21,较其他3组均明显降低(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。生豆浆组7d内死亡2只,其他组死亡5—6只。结论生豆浆灌胃可明显抑制ANP小鼠的血清淀粉酶活性,减轻胰腺炎症程度,降低死亡率。该法可能是一种可行的治疗方法,值得进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of raw soybean milk in a rat model of acute pancreatitis. Methods The model of acute pancreatitis (AP) of rat was induced by intrapertoneal infusion of L-arginine. The AP mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group; raw soybean milk group ( treated with raw been milk) ; cooked soybean milk group ( treated with inactive soybean milk) and plain boiled water group ( treated with plain boiled water). The activities of serum amylase at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h were measured, pathologic changes in pancreatic tissue were evaluated and the mortality rates of each group were analyzed. Results The serum amylase activities of raw soybean milk group at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h were significantly lower than that of other groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Histological examinations revealed that there were improved pathological changes in the raw soybean milk group. The levels of serum amylase rebounded at 72 h in the cooked soybean milk group and the plain boiled water group ( P 〈 0.05). At 72 h and 7 d, the accumulated mortality rates of the raw soybean milk group were all significantly lower than that of the other groups(2/8 vs 5 -6/8). Conclusions Raw soybean milk could significantly inhibit the serum amylase activity, reduce the mortality rate, and alleviate pancreatic injury. Raw soybean milk has potential therapeutic effect on AP, which deserved future research.
