摘要 目的探讨抵抗素基因-420C>G位点多态性与脑梗塞及其相关临床指标的关系。方法选取176例脑梗塞患者作为病例组,其中包括脑血栓形成组(94例)和脑栓塞组(82例),选取140例健康查体者作为对照组。利用PCR-限制性内切酶消化的方法检测抵抗素基因-420C>G位点的多态性,各组之间进行比较。结果酶切后可见3种带型:CC型、CG型、GG型。脑血栓形成组等位基因频率及CC/(CG+GG)基因型分布与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),病例组中患冠心病的频率在基因型之间有显著不同(P<0.05)。结论抵抗素基因-420C>G位点多态性影响动脉粥样硬化的形成,从而参与脑血栓形成及冠心病的发病。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the - 420C 〉 G polymorphism of the resistin geno and eerebral infarction. Methods The single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of resistin was demonstrated by means of PCR and digested by restriction endonucleases in 176 cases of cerebral infarction and 140 healthy controls. The study group was subdivided into two groups: the cerebral thrombosis group(94 cases) and the cerebral embolism group(82 cases). Results There were three genotypes at the site of -420 of resistin gene: CC, CG and GG. Also there were significant differences of the CC/( CG + GG) genotype( P =0.016 2) and the C/G allelic frequencies( P =0.014 3) between patients with cerebral thrombosis and healthy subjects. Subjects with cerebral infarction showed a significant association between cardiovascular diseases and SNP- 420C 〉 G ( P =0.014). The CG+ GG genotype had a high frequency. There were no associations between type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance or SNP - 420C 〉 G. Conclusion SNP - 420C 〉 G of the resistin gene may play a role in cerebral infarction and cardiovascular diseases probably by accelerating atheresclerosis.
