摘要
目的观察纳米碳酸钙的补钙效果。方法选用3周龄离乳的SD大鼠30只,雌雄各半,随机分为3组:基础组(低钙组)、碳酸钙组、纳米碳酸钙组,进行28 d饲养实验。结果各组之间采食量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。体质量增重和饲料利用率,纳米碳酸钙组高于基础组(P<0.05)和碳酸钙组,与碳酸钙组比较,在第2个4 d、5个4 d时体质量增加有显著性差异(P<0.05),在第1个4 d、2个4 d、5个4 d时饲料利用率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论纳米碳酸钙是一种良好的钙源,可用于食品添加剂和补钙药物。
Objective To investigate the effect of nanometer calcium carbonate on calcium supplement. Methods Thirty 3 -week old wea- ning SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: basal low calcium group, calciumcarbonate group and nanometer calcium carbonate group, half male and half female. They were fed 28d. Results No significant differences of feed intake were observed among each group ( P 〉 0.05 ). The weights gain and feed utilization of nanometer calcium carbonate group were higher than that of basal low calcium group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and calcium carbonate group. There were significant differences of weights gain at the second 4 day,fifth 4 day between nanometer calcium carbonate group and calcium carbonate group ( P 〈0.05). There were significant differences of feed utilization at the first4 day,second4 day,fifth 4 day between nanometer calcium carbonate group and calcium carbonate group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nanometer calcium carbonate is a good calcium resource and can be used in food additives and medicines.
