摘要 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的多层螺旋表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析19例经病理证实的胃肠道质瘤患者的多层螺旋CT资料。结果19例患者中,肿瘤发生于胃7例,小肠9例,食管和小肠系膜及直肠各1例。其中,良性间质瘤2例,潜在恶性3例,恶性间质瘤14例。胃肠道间质瘤表现为不同形式的软组织肿块,其中腔内3例,腔外11例,腔内腔外混合5例;CT平扫呈均匀等密度3例;混杂密度16例。增强扫描病灶呈中度到明显强化或呈中心坏死、囊变,周边强化。结论胃肠道间质瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现具有一定的特征,有助于诊断。 Objective To investigate muhislice spiral computer tomography (MSCT) images and diagnostic value of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). Methods MSCT data of 19 cases with gastrointestinal stromal tumor verified by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results The locations of GIST were the stomach ( n = 7 ), small bowel ( n = 9 ), rectum ( n = 1 ), esophagus ( n = 1 ) and retina ( n = 1 ). Among these GIST included benignancy ( n = 2), potential malignancy ( n = 3 ) and malignancy ( n = 14). On plain CT scan, the lesions showed intraluminal ( n = 3 ), extraluminal ( n = 11 ) or both intraluminal and extraluminal ( n = 5 ) soft tissue mass and showed homogeneous density or heterogeneous density. On enhanced CT scan, the lesions showed moderate or marked enhancement, or central necrosis, cystoid change with peripheral enhancement. Conclusion With its characteristic image MSCT remains the method of choice for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
