摘要
介绍了C.I.溶剂黄44的新型合成方法。以4-溴-1,8-萘酐为原料,用2,4-二甲基苯胺在醋酸中与之反应得到N-2′,4′-二甲基苯基-4-溴-1,8-萘酰亚胺(NDNA),然后将NDNA在高压下用氨水进行氨解得到最终产品。总收率大于70%。对影响反应的主要因素(反应温度、反应时间以及氨水与NDNA的投料比)进行了研究,得到了较好的条件。
New methods of preparing C.I. Solvent Yellow 44 were discussed. N-2',4'-Dimethyl-phenyl-4-bromo-1,8-naphthalimine (ND-NA) was obtained through reacting 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalenic anhydride with 2,4-dimethylamiline in acetic. The final product is generated by ammonolysis of the compound under high pressure. The yield reached more than 70%. The main factors including the temperature of reaction, the time of reaction and the rate of ammonia and NDNA were investigated. The optimal condition of reaction was found.
