摘要 党的十六大确立了文化"走出去"战略,为出版业不断加大"走出去"的力度指明了方向。分析我国版权贸易的现状及特点,探讨我国版权贸易的发展规律及趋势,为促进我国版权贸易的发展特别是促进版权输出开辟了通途。 After the strategy of "going out" was established during the 16th National Party Congress, the publishing industry has been increasing its strength to "going out," or increasing its impact on the outside world. Focusing on the current situation and the characteristics of the country's copyright trade, this paper discusses the developing laws and trends of our country's copyright trade; and it reveals that the strategy can promote the development of China's copyright trade, especially considering that copyright export ean promote the publishing industry to "go out" of our country and to have a huge impact on the world.
