农村社会体育指导员现状——以安徽省巢湖周边地区为例

Current village social sports instructors in construction of new villages in economic underdeveloped areas

采用问卷调查及访谈法,对巢湖周边地区农村社会体育指导员的工作现状进行了实证研究。结果表明:农村社会体育指导员数量与农村人口比例严重失调,年龄成两极分化,从业时间较短,非体育专业人员比例较高,经费、场地器材缺乏等等,成为制约农村社会体育指导员工作的主要因素。针对以上问题提出相应建议。

With the research methods of literature study and investigation, the paper presents research of the current work of the social sports instructors in the surrounding areas of Caohu Lake. The research shows that the proportion between the amount of the village social sports instructors and the amount of the villagers is unreasonable, that most of the sports instructors are either too young or too old, with few middle-aged sports instructors, that the academic level of them is unsatisfactory, and that the sports expenses, facilities and organizations are not sufficient.
