摘要
目的研究慢性心力衰竭(CHF)病人循环中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平间的相关性。方法60例CHF病人按心功能及病因不同分组,分别与对照组比较TNF-α、IL-1β的水平变化及其与左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDd)的相关关系。结果CHF病人循环中TNF-α、IL-1β水平较对照组增高(P<0.001),两者与病因无关,只与心功能相关。CHF病人血清TNF-α与LVEF呈负相关、与LVEDd呈正相关;IL-1β与TNF-α、LVEDd呈正相关,与LVEF呈负相关。结论CHF病人循环中TNF-α、IL-1β水平的特征性变化及其彼此间的相关关系,充分体现了失衡的细胞因子网络在CHF的发生和发展中的重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin -1β (IL-1β) in the patients. (pts) with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods sixty pts with CHF and normal control subjects were enrolled. Serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in pts with CHF were compared by echoeardiographyl Results The baseline serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1β were increased significantly in CHF patients as compared with normal control group (P 〈 0.05). Serum levels of TNF-α were correlated with LVEDd positively and correlated with LVEF negatively. Serum levels of IL-1β were correlated with TNF-α and LVEDd positively, and correlated with LVEF positively. Conclusion The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in pts with CHF were correlated each other significantly. The imbalance of cytokine network might play an important role in the development and progression of CHF.
