摘要
应用荧光、紫外光谱法研究在模拟人体生理条件下长春西汀与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用,求得长春西汀与BSA的结合常数K=3.09×103和结合位点数n=0.933。根据热力学参数确定长春西汀与BSA之间的作用力类型,根据Fster偶极-偶极非辐射能量转移原理,计算长春西汀与BSA相互结合时其受体-受体间的距离r=2.59nm。
The interaction between vinpocetine and bovine serum albumin was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy to simulate the human physiological condition. The combining constant was found to be K = 3.09 × 10^3 and the number of combining site were 0. 933 by fluorescence quenching method. The type of interaction force between vinpocetine and bovine serum albumin was determined by the thermodynamic parameters. Further more, according to the theory of F? ster's dipole - dipole non - radiation energy transfer mechanism, the binding distance(r= 2.59 nm) between vinpocetine and bovine serum albumin was obtained,
