摘要 目的评价自酸蚀和全酸蚀粘接系统对复合树脂充填术后敏感的影响。方法从临床就诊患者中选择60例患牙抽签随机分为3组,每组20颗,分别使用自酸蚀粘接剂FL-BOND、Xeno和全酸蚀粘接剂Prime&Bond NT粘接,行复合树脂充填,观察即刻、7d、30d疼痛的VAS值。结果术后即刻及7天全酸蚀粘接剂Prime&Bond NT组敏感程度明显高于自酸蚀组,术后30d各组间敏感程度无显著差异。结论自酸蚀粘接系统在术后初期敏感程度低,但长期均较少引起术后敏感。 Objective To evaluate the effect of self - etching primer （SE） and total - etch adhesive （TE）reducing postoperative sensitivity. Methods Sixty teeth with Class Ⅰ and Ⅱ restorations were enrolled in this clinical trial and divided into 3 groups that each group included 20 teeth. SE materials（ FL- BOND and Xeno）and TE （prime＆Bond NT）were applied respectively in each group. After restored,the sensitivity was evaluated at 0,7 and 30 days, recorded by using a visual analogue scale （VAS）. Results The degree of postoperative sensitivity of TE was higher than that of SE in 7 days, however, no significant difference were seen at 30 days. Conclusion Using SE is an effective way to reduce postoperative sensitivity in 7 days. But after 30 days there are no difference among them.
