摘要
分析了Z形框滚弯成形的工艺过程。用MATLAB编写了数据转化程序,完成了变曲率零件从型值点的曲率半径到机床控制坐标的转换。基于数据转化程序的计算结果,编制了Z形型材变曲率零件数控加工程序,实现了变曲率零件的数控滚弯加工。并分析了实际零件的加工误差。
The process of Z frame roll banding has been analyzed.The data transform program has been compiled with MATLAB, which sequentially finishes transformation of part curvature radius into control coordinate of machine tool.On the basis of data transform program ,the “Z ”section bar variable curvature roll banding CNC program has been compiled, which actualizes variable curvature CNC roll banding and analyzing the process error.
