摘要
"管理文秘"为现代行政学概念,就其范围与职能而言,管理与文秘彼此交叉又不可分割,它是管理的一般原理在文秘领域中的特殊应用;管理文秘是事务管理、文秘人员在不同程度上进行着领导或管理者的管理活动。
“Management secretary” appears as a concept in modem administration. As for the classification and functions, management and secretary are closely related. “Management secretary” uses the general management principle in the secretarial domain in a special way.“Management secretary” is in charge of daily affairs while secretaries get themselves to a certain degree in the managing activities of the leader or the manager.
