Construction Technology for the Framed Bridge of the Wan Ping Expressway Under-passing the Ning-Xi Railway

结合宛坪高速公路宁西铁路分离立交工程施工实际,将原顶进方案变更为架空明挖现浇方案,介绍了线路的架空、基坑开挖及框架梁现浇等施工关键技术,进行了相关的分析验算。实践表明该施工方案具有安全可靠、进度加快、施工方便等优点。

With the flyover project of the Wan Ping Expressway under-passing the Ning-Xi Railway, in which case the originally chosen jacking-in construction plan has been changed into the overhead-open-cut- and-cast-in place construction plan, as a practical example, the key construction techniques for the overhead --line construction, the open-cut constriction of foundation pits, and the cast-in-place construction of the framed girders are presented in the paper, with the corresponding checking calculations and analyses performed. Practice proves the construction plan safe,reliable, time-saving, and convenient.
