铝电磁铸轧复合磁场智能控制器的设计

The Design to the Intelligent Controller Aluminum Electro-magnetic Roll-casting Electromagnetic Field

文章分析了电磁感应装置的结构和作用机理,利用矩阵变换器设计了控制系统主电路,并讨论了复合磁场与主电路输出电流之间的联系,以电流为被控变量,采用基于遗传算法的自适应PID控制算法实现对输出电流的控制。仿真效果表明,该系统能够满足电磁连续铸轧复合磁场对控制系统的工艺要求。

This paper analyzes the configuration and working principle of aluminum electromagnetic roll-casting. Matrix Convertor （MC） is adopted to design the main circuit, and current is selected as controlled parameter and controlled by self-adaptive PID control arithmetic base on Genetic Algorithm. Simulation results show that this system can satisfy the request to the control system of aluminum electromagnetic roll-casting electromagnetic field.
