摘要
目的探讨大鼠的焦虑状态血浆神经肽Y的变化。方法①将16只SD大鼠按体重随机分为两组:对照组和模型组。采用空瓶刺激法制造焦虑模型。②放射免疫分析法(RIA)检测大鼠血浆神经肽Y浓度。③统计分析分别采用单因素方差分析和独立t检验。结果①空瓶应激行为学结果发现,造模组的攻击行为和修饰行为得分均高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。②模型组大鼠血浆NPY浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论焦虑状态下大鼠血浆神经肽Y水平增高。
Objective To investigate the change of serum neuropeptide Y in anxiety model rats. Methods (1)Total 16 rats were randomly divided into 2 groups by weight: control group and model group. Apply vacant bottle stimulus method to produce anxiety model. (2)The rat blood plasma NPY concentraion was detected by radio immunoassay (RIA). (3)Statistical analysis was correspondently used Oneway ANOVA and independent t test. Results (1)Vacant bottle stimulate Ethology result : scores of the model group including aggressive behaviour, modify behavior was higher than that of the blank control group, The difference has significant meaning ( P 〈 0. 05 ). (2)The blood plasma neuropeptide Y concentration of model group was much higher than that of the group (P 〈 0. 05 ) o Conclusion Rats serum levels of neuropeptide Y rised at anxiety status.
