摘要
目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1受体(IGF-1R)在乳腺癌发病机制中的作用及临床意义。方法应用RT-PCR方法,检测70例乳腺癌患者的癌、癌旁及乳腺正常区组织中的IGF-1R mRNA的表达,并分析IGF-1R mRNA表达与乳腺癌临床病理特点之间的关系。结果IGF-1R mRNA的表达量按正常、癌旁、癌组织顺序逐渐增高,IGF-1R/β-actin比值分别为0.584±0.058、0.382±0.086、0.203±0.042,3组间两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IGF-1R表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移、病理分期及ER状态显著相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤病理分型无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论IGF-1R在乳腺癌组织中高表达与乳腺癌的发生发展及转移有关,是有价值的肿瘤生物学行为标记物。
Objective To investigate the roles of insulin - like growth factor - 1 receptor (IGF - 1 R) in the pathogenesis of breast cancer and their clinical significance. Methods The mRNA expression levels of IGF - 1R were assessed by RT - PCR method in the breast cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and tumor free tissues from 70 patients of breast cancer. The relationship of expression of IGF - 1R with clinicopathological charactristics were analyzed. Results The mRNA levels of IGF - 1R increased from the tumor free tissues, adjacent tissue to breast cancer tissues ,The ratios of IGF- 1R/β - actin were 0. 584 ±0. 058,0. 382 ±0. 086,0. 203 ±0. 042 ,respectively ,and the difference between any 2 groups was significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ;IGF - 1R was closely correlated with lymphatic metastasis and pathological stages, statuses of ER of breast cancer( P 〈 O. 05 ), while insignificantly correlated with pathological types ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The overexpression of IGF - 1R in breast cancer tissue is correlated with the pathogenesis, development and metastasis of breast cancer, therefore, IGF - 1R is a valuable biomarker for breast cancer.
