纤维光导支气管镜引导下清醒经鼻插管体会

摘要
随着头颈部手术的发展，需经鼻插管的患者日益增多，如何使操作更加快捷、准确，并减轻患者鼻咽腔和气道损伤，是值得探讨的问题。本文对纤支镜引导与传统经鼻盲探法比较．评估前者是否有明显优势。
