摘要
文章从我国公益诉讼制度的现状出发,对我国环境公益诉讼在实体与程序法律制度完善方面提出若干原则性建议。
The article sets out from the present condition of our country system and brings up the suggestion of some principles about the environmental commonweal suit of our country in improving the legal system of the entity and the procedure.
