摘要 20世纪前半叶中国师范教育在其发展过程中,既有成功的经验,也有失败的教训。其中的教训主要有:未能形成中国特色的师范教育理论,导致师范教育行而不远;速成师范过多,影响师范教育长远发展;对基础教育研究过少,导致毕业生无法适应教学;管理制度弹性过大,导致制度形同虚设。反思这些经验教训对今天的师范教育发展有着重要的意义。 There are both experience of successes and lesson of defeats in the 110 years' history of Chinese normal education. The article makes historical reassessment of the 110 years' history of Chinese normal education, and gets four lessons as following: having not been able to form the theory of normal education with Chinese characteristics, which caused that normal education couldn't walk long; crowding of quick training of teachers affected normal education's long-term development for ill; paying little energy to study' basic education, which made the graduates couldn't suit for teaching. And the last but not the least is the oversized elasticity of the management system of normal education which caused it is nothing but an empty shell.
