On Democracy of Realization Mode in Modern Ideological-political Work

现代思想政治工作面临着与传统思想政治工作不同的社会环境。在社会主义市场经济条件下,人们的民主意识、参与意识、知情意识和竞争意识都较过去有不同程度的提高。因此,思想政治工作必须坚持以人为本,坚持公平公正,坚持疏导的方针,不断转变工作方式和作风,在工作中体现思想政治工作的民主性,实现思想政治工作的民主化,从而推动社会主义现代化建设。

Modern ideological-political work faces different social environment from traditional ideological-political work. Under socialist market economy conditions, people＇s democratic awareness, participative awareness and informed awareness have been raised in varying degrees. Therefore, in the ideological-political work, we must adhere to the guidelines of people-centeredness, fairness, impartiality and dredging, and change our work methods and style constantly. In our work, we should reflect the democracy of ideological-political work and realize the democratization of ideological-political work so as to promote the socialist modernization construction.
