摘要
美国综合性大学逐渐取代师范学院实施教师教育,在培育目标、课程设置、教师资格认证及聘任方面表现出新的特点,但在具体的实施过程中仍不可避免地出现了一些新问题,如缺乏统一的师资培养标准、教育专业地位偏低、教师入职标准控制过于宽松以及实施过程中存在重学术、轻教育的倾向等。基于此,我国教师教育需在优化课程结构、提高教师地位、完善教师资格认定制度以及鼓励综合性大学参与教师教育等方面作进一步探讨。
The comprehensive universities gradually become the organizations for teacher education instead of normal schools in America. The comprehensive universities show distinguishing features in the teacher education, such as, the target for teacher education, the setting up of courses, the system of teacher qualification attestation and teacher appointment. But inevitably, there are shortcomings during the process of its development the lack of a unified standard for teacher training, the low professional position of teachers, the loose control of the job standard for teacher and the tendency of paying great attention to academic while despising education and so on. Therefore, on the basis of them, at the actuality on the teacher education in China, we need to lucubrate on the optimizing the courses structure, raising the teacher position, normalizing the system of teacher qualification attestation, encouraging the comprehensive universities to take part in teacher education.
