摘要
农村村级债务在我国有愈积愈多、越拖越严重之趋势。从村级债务当前状况出发,通过对化解的各种方式的研究,针对性地提出独特的村级债务转为农村社会保险的模式以期能够解决村级债务问题。
The rural debts at a village level in China tends to be on the rise and is becoming increasingly serious with more payment in arrear. The paper studies various approaches to settling the debts and puts forward a unique pattern of turning the debts into social security funds from the situation of rural debts in expectation of solving the problem.
