摘要
高校机关作风关系着学校的改革、建设与发展。转变机关干部作风和服务意识,提高机关干部素质和工作效率,要以建设高水平大学为目标,深化对机关作风建设重要性的认识,着力建设"五型"机关,健全制度,强化监督,使学校机关干部真正成为为教学科研服务、推动学校发展、培养合格人才的重要力量。
The style of working for functionaries is of vital importance to the reform, construction and development of a university. Transforming the style of office workers and their service awareness, improving their qualities and working efficiency should be aimed at building a quality university by amplifying rules ＆ regulations, intensifying supervision so that they can become an important force to serve teaching and researching and promote the development of the university and the cultivation of qualified talent.
