摘要
将新型有机NLO生色团分子GW-1-SF按一定比例掺入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中,采用旋涂方法制备了聚合物复合薄膜。在100℃下对薄膜进行电晕极化,对极化前后的薄膜进行紫外/可见光吸收频谱分析和原子力显微镜分析。通过二次谐波法(SHG)测得其在1 064 nm波长下的二阶非线性系数d33为17.2 pm/V。详细讨论了材料两个二阶非线性系数d33和d13之间的关系,得出它们的比值d33/d13=3.45。
The new organic nonlinear optical(NLO) chromophore molecules GW-1-SF were doped into poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) with a certain concentration by weight. The polymer thin film was fabricated by spin-casting method. For a macroscopic second-order NLO effect, the film was corona poled to induce a noncentrosymmetric organization of chromophore dipoles. The UV/Visible absorption spectra and the Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) of the unpoled and poled polymer film were investigated. The second-order nonlinear coefficient d33 value reached 17. 2 pm/V at 1 064 nm wavelength. The relation between the second-order nonlinear coefficients d33 and d13 for the poled polymer film was also discussed in detail and the ratio d33/d13 value was obtained as 3.45.
