摘要
为实现对大型圆柱体直径参数的测量,利用计算机视觉结构光测量原理,使用激光源、摄像机、运动导轨、计算机和标定块组成激光双目视觉测量系统,标定块用于标定摄像机的投影矩阵和激光平面方程,根据摄像机摄取的激光曲线图像,将该曲线从空间坐标系变换到激光平面坐标系,从而求解出圆柱体截面边界线的空间曲线方程,获取圆柱体在该截面处的直径参数。该系统可对长达8 m、直径在300 mm左右的圆柱体实现逐点直径自动测量,测量速度快、精度高。
In order to realize to measure diameter of large cylinder, the computer vision is used to study non-touch meterage for diameter of column shaped workpiece. Measurement system is composed of laser source, two camera, motion guide rail, computer and calibration block. Calibration block is used to calibrate projection matrix of camera and laser plane equation. According to camera, obtained is laser curve image. Then the image is transformed from frame of reference to coordinate system of laser plane. Solved is a space curve equation of the cylinder section sideline and obtained is the diameter in this section. The cylinder diameter whose length and diameter are 8 m and over 300 mm respectively, can be measured point by point automatically. The results show that this system has fast measuring speed and high accuracy.
