摘要
随着教育信息化进程的不断推进,信息技术在各个领域中的应用越来越广泛,高等学校人事工作自然不可避免地要进入信息化时代。本文描绘了我校在职称评审过程中,充分运用现代化信息技术管理手段,最大限度地杜绝了人为因素在评审过程中所造成的负面影响,维护了参评人的权益,提高了工作效率,同时保证了职评工作的公正、公平、公开原则。
Along with the continuous progress of education informationalization' s process, the information technology has a wider application in various fields. The personnel work in high university enters an information times inevitably. The modem information management measures' full application in promoting professional post is described in this paper, furthest eradicates the negative effect produced by contrived factors, maintenances the applicant' s rights and interests, improves the work efficiency, the principle of just, fair and open is also ensured.
