浮选法综合利用铝电解槽废阴极炭块的工艺研究 被引量:22

摘要 从废阴极炭块的性质出发,通过小型试验,研究制订了废阴极炭块的浮选法综合利用工艺。浮选炭粉用于制造铝电解阴极的配料,浮选电解质经600℃焙烧后再用作铝电解质,浮选废水用漂白粉处理后达到排放标准。本工艺流程简单,易于工业化推广。 The authors have developed a comprehensive utilization technique (CUT) for treating spent potlining (SPL) of aluminium electrolysis cells by flotation method on the basis of the properties of SPL.The flotation carbon powder can be used as the additive for manufacturing cathodic block of aluminium electrolysis cell,the flotation electrolyte after roasting under 600℃ can be again used as aluminium electrolyte and the flotation waste water after treating by bleaching powder method can meet the draining standards of industrial waste water.The flowsheet of CUT has advantages of simple process and easy industrialization.
