摘要 Carboxymethylchitosan(CMCTS)-Poly(ethylene glycol) bisglycidyl ether(PEGB) microspheres(CMCP) is prepared and characterized . The CMCP microspheres is made by crosslinking CMC with crosslinking agent poly(ethylene glycol) bisglycidyl ether through electrostatic droplet generator. The characteristics of the microsphere are evaluated by Fourier-transformed infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy. CMCTS crosslink with PEGB through–NH2 group. The title microspheres could be used as adsorbent for blood purification.
