摘要
A new dexamethasone derivative of 9-fluoro-16α-methyl-11,17-dihydroxy-3-oxo-1,4-androsladiene-17β-carboxylic acid from dexamethasone is synthesized by oxidization with periodic acid. The physicochemical property of the new derivative is identified with routine methods. Its structure is characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and ESI-MS spectra. The effect of the new derivative on K562 cell proliferation was detected by MTT, as well as the cell cycle by flow cytometry.The result show that the dexamethasone derivative had anti-tumor activities of K562 cell proliferation inhibition and cell cycle arresting from G0/G1 to S phase.
