摘要
By using ethyl oleate as oil phase,Tween-80 as the surfactant,ethanol as cosurfactant,aspirin microemulsion is prepared by method of titration of water。Meanwhile the impact of different Km value on the size of microemulsion regional is inspected,and the properties of microemulsion is studied.The stability of aspirin under the room temperature and a bright light,and the inhibitory effect of hydrolysis inhibitors are inspected too.The results show that the microemulsion is clarify and transparent,with Km values increased,microemulsion regional increases,under the room temperature and strong light conditions,aspirin is instability,sodium acetate have no inhibitory effect,tartaric acid have inhibitory effect to a certain extent.
