The enterprise safety culture and the safe production have the inner connection. Establishing the perfect enterprise safety culture pattern is the urgent need for the construction of harmonious enterprise. This paper describes the enterprise safety culture and proposes the principles and requirements for the cul- tural construction of the enterprise. It also advocates that the enterprise should strengthen the safety consciousness of the staff, perfect the safety administration system, set up the concept of safe development, and inspire the staff＇s instinct of ＂paying attention to the safety issues and cherishing the life＂.
