摘要
ＰＪＲ—２喷浆机器人是我国自行研制的第一台煤矿机器人。它作为煤矿井下巷道或地下工程隧道的混凝土喷射专用设备，具有结构简单、操作方便、可靠性高等优点。经煤矿井下现场实验表明，回弹率降低到１５％以下，喷射均匀，工程质量高，且成巷美观，完全满足混凝土喷射工艺要求。
PRJ-2 shotcrete robot is the first coalmine robot made in China. It′s a special automatic machine used for spraying concrete in coal mine tunnel or engineering underground. It has many advantages, such as simple structure, convenient operation and high reliability. By a long time experimet, it has showed that the rate of bounce back is reduced down to 15%, and the concrete shotted out is well distributed, resulting in high engineering quality and the tunnel artistically completed. It can meet the shotcrete process perfectly.
