摘要
本文在进行煤炭价格决策过程分析的基础上，提出了煤炭价格预测决策的方法，建立了具有ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ风格的煤炭价格计算机决策系统。
On the basis of analysis of decision process for coal price,this paper presents a predicting decision method and establishes a computerized decision system for coal price with WINDOWS style.
