摘要
环糊精(CD)广泛应用于模拟酶催化作用和反应机理的研究。在CD结构上连接基团,引进特定功能性分子进行化学修饰后,可以更好地模拟天然酶的特性,改善其性能。本文以对甲苯磺酰氯(P—Tscl)直接在β—CD的2号碳仲羟基处进行取代的反应,合成了β—CD单对甲苯磺酰酯(β—CD—2—P—OTs),其方法操作简便、收率高,产物结构和组成由红外光谱、元素分析等结果所证实。
Cyclodextrin was widely used in the study of simulating enzyme catalysis and reaction mechanism.It could better simulate the characteristics os natural enzyme,improve its behavionr after chemical modification by joining radical in CD structure and importing specific functional molecule.In this paper,We,used P_Toluenesulfongl chloride,directly substitute the secondary carbon hydroxy of β—CD to synthesize P_Toluenesulfongl ester.This synthetic method had not only simple operation but also high yield.Their structure and composition were comfirmed by the results of infrared spectrum and elemental analyses.etc.
