摘要
Monte Carlo(MC)方法被广泛应用于光在人体组织迁移问题的研究中。MC方法与有限元或有限微分方法相比,由于不需要边界条件的假设,具有很好的灵活性和高精度而一直被重视。它能够求解生物组织中光分布,为其他研究提供理论基础。在给出MC方法在生物组织中光子迁移原理的基础上,详述了新提出的优化MC方法。该优化MC方法通过对伪随机数产生、余弦函数和对数函数的近似而大幅度减少了MC仿真的时间。接着介绍了MC方法在脑部光子迁移的应用。最后讨论了将该MC方法在生物组织中光子迁移的进一步发展方向。
Monte Carlo (MC) method is widely used in the research of photon migration in biological tissues. Compared with the finite element or finite differences solutions, MC is independent of the assumption on the boundary conditions, more flexible and accurate and therefore highly evaluated. Because MC method can give an- swer to the photon distribution in the biological tissues, it provides the theoretical base for further research. Base on the principles of Monte Carlo modeling of photon migration in biological tissues, an optimized Monte Carlo model with approximation of trigonometric and logarithmic functions and generation of pseudo-random numbers is presented. The application of MC modeling of light transportation in human head is introduced and future development of MC is discussed as well.
