经直肠微波联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of rectal microwave therapy combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis

目的探讨经直肠微波联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法选择年龄在18～50岁的慢性前列腺炎患者229例，随机分为治疗组（117例）和对照组（112例），治疗组采用经直肠微波照射前列腺联合左氧氟沙星（200mg／次，2次／d）进行治疗，对照组仅采用左氧氟沙星（200mg／次，2次／d）进行治疗。所有患者治疗前后均进行美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数（NIH—CPSI）评分，并行前列腺液中WBC计数检查。结果治疗组治愈率为52．1％；总有效率为95．7％。治疗组治疗前后症状积分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗后症状积分治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组治疗后前列腺液中WBC计数较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论经直肠微波联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎较单用左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎能显著改善患者疼痛症状和排尿症状，使患者生活质量显著提高。

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of rectal microwave therapy combined with levofloxacin on chronic prostatitis. Methods Two hundred and twenty-aine patients from 18 to 50 years old with chronic prostatitis were divided randomly into therapy group（ 117 cases） and control group（ 112 cases）. The former were given rectal microwave therapy（ 30 minutes once every day）, combined with levofloxacin （ 200 mg, twice every day）, the latter received levofloxacin （ 200 rag, twice every day）. All the patients were evaluated by the national institutes of health chronic prostatitis symptom index （NIH-CPSI） and were checked the leucocyte counts of succus prostaticus. Results Cure rate of chronic prostatitis was 52.1% by microwave therapy combined with levofloxacin, the total effective rate was 95.7%. After treatment symptoms total scores of NIH-CPSI in therapy group decreased significantly （P.〈 0.01 ）, there was significant difference in the above index of therapy group than those of control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The leucocyte counts of suecus prostaticus in the therapy group also decreased significantly. Conclusion Microwave therapy combined with levofloxacin is highly effective for chronic prostatifis by relieving pain and voiding symptoms and improving the life quality of the patients.
