酸性介质中煤的电化学净化 被引量:10

摘要 在对高硫煤的电解实验中选用浓度为10%的硫酸溶液,电极为石墨,阴阳电极间距为2cm,电解池为无隔膜电解池.实验结果表明,煤中全硫的脱除率与电解电位、电解温度、电解时间、电解中使用添加剂有关,在较优的电解条件下煤中全硫脱除率可达到63%以上,无机硫脱除率达75%以上,同时脱除煤中20%~50%的灰分,实现了煤的深度净化. Electrolytic test of high sulfur coals was made in 10% H 2SO 4 solution,using graphite as eletrodes,the distance between two electrodes being 2 cm,without a glass film for separation.The test has proved that the rate of desulphurization is related to electrolytic conditions such as potential,temperature,duration and properties of additives.In good electrolytic conditions,the removal rate of the total sulfur content may reach 63%,removal rate of inorganic surfur over 75%,removal rate of ash around 20%~50%,so that the coal is purified.
