四肢骨折合并骨缺损急诊一期植入珊瑚羟基磷灰石治疗27例

Emergency one-stage implantation of coralline hydroxyapatite for the treatment of limb fractures with osseous defect in 27 cases

选择2003-04/10河北医科大学第三医院骨科收治行手术治疗的急症创伤骨折合并骨缺损病例27例,一期手术植入珊瑚羟基磷灰石。所有入选病例均签署知情同意书。平均随访186d观察术后骨折合并骨缺损的X射线恢复情况。27例患者,2例失访。1例骨痂与植骨材料未完全愈合,2例骨痂与植骨材料部分愈合。22例骨折复查骨痂与植骨材料完全愈合。术后均未出现全身或局部不良反应。

Twenty-seven patients of limb fractures with osseous defect were selected from Department of Orthopedics in the 3^rd Hospital of Hebei Medical University between April and October in 2003. They all agreed the informed consents and received emergency one-stage implantation of coralline hydroxyapatite. Postoperative restoration of limb fractures with osseous defect was investigated by using X-ray for average 186 days. Among 27 included patients, 25 ones were involved in the result analysis, and 2 ones lost. The implants and osseous tissue were not closely integrated in 1 case, were partial integrated in 2 cases, and 22 cases showed close integration. No case appeared whole or local adverse effects.
