女性体质分值及等级分布规律:苏州大学不同年龄科教人员的随机抽样 被引量:1

摘要 目的:人类发育学的相关指标对组织构建有重要指导意义。了解和掌握苏州大学女性科教人员体质现状及等级分布规律,寻找适合自己的健身运动处方。方法:2003年从苏州大学从事科研和教学的群体中随机抽取25~69岁的女科教人员276人作为受试对象,对其体质方面的身体形态、机能和素质指标进行了测试,将所得数据参照国民体质测定标准进行评定。结果:①女科教人员得5分的百分比最高的是身高标准体质量(83.1%),得0分值的百分比最高的是握力(17.5%)。3分以上比例最高的是身高标准体质量(91.4%),3分以下比例最高的是握力(75.7%)。②对女科教人员体质监测综合等级进行评定,各等级人数百分比顺序依次是:合格(45.8%)、不合格(30.1%)、良好(18.5%)、优秀(5.6%)。③女科教人员体质监测各年龄段等级统计中,优秀率最高的是30~34岁年龄段(20.0%),其次是25~29岁年龄段(18.8%);不合格率最高的是60~64岁年龄段(66.7%),其次是65~69岁年龄段(63.3%)。结论:①从体质监测的单项得分看出,苏州大学女科教人员的握力值较小。②大部分女科教人员体质监测合格。③女科教人员体质在中年期出现明显的下降。 AIM: Human auxology-related indexes are significant for tissue construction. This study explored the physical fitness status and rank distribution rules of female faculty in Soochow University to find out an appropriate body building prescription. METHODS: 276 female faculties majoring in science and technology and aged 25-69 years were randomly selected from Soochow University in 2003. The morphological, functional and constitution parameters were assessed and evaluated according to National Physical Fitness Evaluation Standard. RESULT: ①For the female faculties, the highest percentage among the indexes whose grade were 5 was 83.1% in the mass for height; the highest percentage among the indexes whose grade were 0 was 17.5% for hand grip strength; the highest percentage among the indexes whose grade were higher than 3 was 91.4% in the mass for height, and the highest percentage among the indexes whose grade were lower than 3 was 75.7% for hand grip strength. ②The percentage of the grade for physical fitness was qualified (45.8%), unqualified (30.1%), fine (18.5%), and excellent (5.6%). ③For the physical fitness grade of them, 30--34 years old group (20.0%) was the highest excellent percentage, followed by 25-29 years old group (18.8%); 60-64 years old group (66.7%) was the highest unqualified percentage and 65-69 years old group (63.3%) was the second one. CONCLUSION: ①From the scores for every index of body constitution, the grip strength of the female faculties in Soochow University is less. ②The grade of the physical fitness for most faculties is qualified. ③The physical fitness drops obviously in the middle-aged stage.
